The order processing time depends on the selected payment method and assortment. I usually ship the goods within 24 hours or up to 3 business days.

  • Can I make purchases on site?

We also run a stationary wholesale store. It is possible to make purchases on site only in the form of cash.

What do the different terms mean?

 Cream (Cream Category): In the used clothing industry, the term “Cream” refers to the highest quality used clothing with minimal wear and excellent condition, making it close to new.

 Type A: The category of used clothing of the highest quality. It includes clothes in excellent condition, with no visible signs of wear.

 Type B: Medium quality used clothing category. Includes clothing with light signs of wear but still in good condition. This may be clothing with light pilling, a spot or a small hole.

 Grade C: A category of low-quality used clothing. It includes clothing with obvious signs of wear, usually with stains, holes, abrasions, and other visible defects.

 Outlet: Outlet in the context of the clothing industry refers to stores or platforms that offer products of famous brands, usually from previous seasons, at reduced prices. These products may be from overproduction, finished collections, or with minor aesthetic flaws, but are still of high quality. Outlets are a popular place for customers looking for attractive prices on clothes and accessories of famous brands. Nowadays, many outlets also operate online, allowing customers easier access to cheaper products.

 D2D (Door-to-Door) collection: A method of collecting used clothing where organizations collect clothes door-to-door, typically by placing bags or containers to collect clothes in front of residents' homes.

 C4C (Clothes for Charity): A program or initiative where used clothing is collected for charitable purposes and the funds raised are donated to charity.

Most often, these are clothing collection points.

 Banks (Container Collection: Places, usually in the form of containers, where people can leave used clothing. These containers are placed in various public locations to facilitate the collection of clothing for recycling or reuse.

 Charity Clothing: Charity clothing refers to clothing that is donated or sold by charities to raise funds for charitable causes. These clothes are often donated by individuals or businesses, with the proceeds from the sale then going to support various social projects, humanitarian causes, or other charitable initiatives. Charity clothing is a form of sustainable fashion, contributing to the reuse and reduction of textile waste while supporting important social causes.

 Vintage : Refers to clothing or fashion accessories that are old but still fashionable and have aesthetic value. Vintage usually refers to clothing produced 20-30 years ago.
